Bulls Game Day: Hinrich ruled out

As expected, Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau officially ruled out guard Kirk Hinrich for Monday's opening game of the Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Miami Heat. He joins Derrick Rose and Luol Deng on the sidelines.
